These terms of use govern access to and use of the site and services offered by QRCodeSwarm.com, published by MossPig Lab.
1. Legal information
The QRCodeSwarm.com site is published by MossPig Lab, a simplified joint stock company (SAS) registered in France. Hosting is provided by Scaleway, a company of the Iliad group, whose servers are located in Europe.
2. Purpose of the service
QRCodeSwarm allows users to generate, customize and manage static and dynamic QR codes. The service is accessible via a web interface, and offered according to several monthly or annual subscription plans.
3. Acceptance of conditions
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. By accessing the service, the user acknowledges having read the conditions and accepts them without reservation.
4. Account creation and management
Access to certain features requires the creation of a user account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their identifiers. MossPig Lab reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of fraudulent use or non-compliance with these conditions.
5. Use of the service
Users undertake not to use QRCodeSwarm for purposes that are illegal, defamatory or likely to infringe the rights of others. Any misuse, including the massive generation of QR codes for spamming purposes, is strictly prohibited.
6. Personal data and confidentiality
QRCodeSwarm collects data strictly necessary for the provision of the service. This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No data is transferred outside the European Union. The user can exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion by contacting: privacy@mosspig.dev.
7. Intellectual property
All content of the site (text, images, graphics, source code, logo, “QRCodeSwarm” brand) is the exclusive property of MossPig Lab. Any reproduction or distribution, total or partial, without written authorization, is strictly prohibited.
8. Responsibilities
MossPig Lab strives to guarantee continued access to the service, but cannot be held responsible for interruptions related to maintenance, updates or external causes. The user remains solely responsible for the use he makes of the QR codes generated via the platform.
9. Security and hosting
The data is hosted on Scaleway's secure infrastructures (France and European Union). Regular backups are made. However, MossPig Lab cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of data resulting from a force majeure event or an external computer attack.
10. Modifications to the T&Cs
MossPig Lab reserves the right to modify these conditions of use at any time. Users will be informed of any updates via the site or by email. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
